Full Time Sales Co-ordinator, On-Site, In Dubai
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team in a fast-paced luxury real estate environment. As a key link between clients, agents, and management, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and efficient sales processes.
This is a full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, client-focused, and results-driven atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team
- Manage property listings, update CRM systems, and track sales progress
- Liaise with clients and agents to schedule meetings, viewings, and follow-ups
- Prepare sales documents, presentations, and reports as required
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Assist with onboarding new leads and ensuring prompt response time
- Coordinate with marketing for listing updates, brochures, and events
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and RERA regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or support role (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and problem-solving mindset
